Spring is the perfect time to detoxify the toxins that have been built up in your body over the long winter and we are now offering a special detoxifying massage to help you do this. During this detoxifying massage we first dry-brush your skin, then we massage you using aromatherapy essential oils that help detoxify toxins – geranium, cypress, rosemary and so on. Stimulating massage refreshes the body and gets your body, mind and soul ready for summer.

We serve lemon water before the treatment and detox tea after the treatment plus some healthy snacks to give you a little energy.

Going forward after the massage you should try to eat some healthy foods that help continue with the detoxifying process: Asparagus, Avocados, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Garlic, Ginger, Grapefruits, Kale, Lemons and so on. Most fresh vegetables are good for detoxifying.

What else is good to help your body detox?

  • breathing fresh air deeply
  • drinking lots of water
  • some exercising and sweating
  • taking hot shower and cold shower several times
